The Blesbok is an antelope that has very distinct markings. It's average size is about 120 lbs. This Blesbok is considerably larger than average, weighing approximately 180lbs. While not being as impressive as some of the other antelope in Africa, a little knowledge will help explain why this is one of my best trophies. Rowland Ward records for the Blesbok start at 16 1/2" with the largest being 20 5/8". My Blesbok measured 18 1/2". You may want to include a Blesbok in your hunt.
